We are a fully equipped resistance training gym laid out over 2 floors:
On our ground floor we have a 3 bay squat rack rig, plate loaded machines such as chest and shoulder press, leg press and hack squat etc. We also have fixed bars from 10kg to 50kg and dumbbells with 5k to 50kg
Upstairs we have our weight stack/pin loaded and cables with dual machines such as combo lat pull down/ seated cable row, bicep curl/tricep pushdown and much more
